HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?

What are the benefits of being a fleet customer?

When you register as a fleet, you will be able to manage all your vehicles centrally. This means you can:
  • Control and monitor the consumption of each vehicle easily.
  • Download invoices, either individual or consolidated by period, making accounting easier.
  • Add several vehicles under the same account and keep everything organised in one place.
  • Access competitive prices and enjoy a fast, convenient refuelling process.

What is the difference between the usual amount and a full tank?

  • Usual amount: You pay the amount you choose when refuelling, for example €20 or €50. The system charges exactly the amount supplied.
  • Full tank: You choose to fill the tank completely without specifying an amount. In this case, the bank makes a higher pre-authorisation, as it does not know how much fuel you are going to put in. Once finished, you are only charged for the amount actually supplied.
The main difference lies in how the payment is anticipated: the usual amount is fixed, while “Full tank” requires a higher temporary hold.

Will there be a hold on my card when I refuel?

  • If you select “Full tank”, the bank places a higher hold while refuelling is in progress and then only charges you for the amount actually dispensed.
  • If you select a usual amount, you are only charged the amount you entered and there is no additional hold.
Please remember that these holds are managed by your bank and may take a few minutes to be released.
