With this transaction the Founder and CEO, Jos\u00e9 Rodriguez de Arellano, will continue in his current position while maintaining his current ownership stake and providing full liquidity to four of its founding shareholders. <strong>The new shareholders will support the acceleration of the company\u2019s automated service stations<\/strong> network roll-out together with the imminent arrival to the Portuguese market, in addition to boosting the on-going deployment of Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers across the whole network.<\/p>\n<p>Fundada por Rodr\u00edguez de Arellano, <a href=\"https:\/\/plenoil.es\/\">Plenoil<\/a> es el operador de estaciones de servicio low cost autom\u00e1ticas l\u00edder en facturaci\u00f3n, litros vendidos, y repostajes de m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido crecimiento, concentrando casi la mitad de las nuevas aperturas de estaciones de servicio en Espa\u00f1a en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. <strong>Since the opening of its first gas station in 2015, Plenoil has offered high quality automated refuelling at the lowest market price.<\/strong> The service stations operate with a convenient automatic payment system (payment with credit card or cash at the pump) and are fully compliant with environmental and safety regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Today, <strong>Plenoil provides customers over 130,000 refuellings per day across its 224 service stations<\/strong> strategically located throughout the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands, and is entering Portugal this year.
